Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)

Our office utilizes advanced technology to evaluate patients.  While 2-D radiographs continue to be adequate in most cases, Cone Beam Computed Tomography allows us to evaluate complex anatomy and pathology that cannot be visualized with traditional x-ray techniques.  It is a 3-Dimensional x-ray limited to the specific area of need which minimizes the exposure to radiation while providing highly valuable diagnostic information.  We are then able to treatment plan more effectively and provide you with as much information as possible for you to make the best decision for your treatment. 

Dental (Surgical) Operating Microscope

Our microscopes offer the highest quality optics with six levels of magnification.  A digital-SLR camera is integrated to take high resolution photographs that allows you to see progression of treatment in real time and allows us to communicate the details of treatment with your dentst.  This combined with the bright LED light source allows us to treat the entire root canal system without removing excess tooth structure with the goal of improving the longevity of the tooth.  We believe that the microscope should be the standard of care for all procedures performed by an endodontist. 

TDO Software

Our office uses an endodontic practice management software called The Digital Office (TDO).  It is the cornerstone of our office and is used by all members of our staff.  Every aspect of TDO allows us to diagnose and treat patients more efficiently and run our office more effectively. By using software specifically designed for endodontics, our staff have the ability to place patient outcomes at the forefront of everything we do and gives us the ability to communicate effectively with both our patients and referring dentists.

Digital Radiographs

The health and safety of our patients is of the utmost concern at our office.  Digital radiography reduces the amount of radiation exposure and enhances diagnostic capabilities.  The radiographs are uploaded immediately to the computer and able to be stored for future access.
